Julie Logan- Rogers, 84, of Syracuse passed away on April 29 at the Goshen Hospital.  She was born on December 6, 1932 in Goshen, IN to Ralph & Eva (Kessler) Logan.  On August 8, 1954 she married Ernie Rogers who survives.  She was a lifelong area resident.  She was a 1950 Goshen High School graduate and attended Ward Belmont College in Nashville, TN.  After moving from Goshen to Syracuse she lived on both Wawasee Lake and finally resided on Syracuse Lake.  She worked for many years as a medical secretary .  She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church.  Julie is survived by her husband Ernie Rogers.  Her daughter – Shelly Rogers and son in law Terry Stump, and her son Scott Rogers. Also surviving are her sister in law Patsy Logan and several nieces and nephews.   She was preceded by her daughter and son in law Stacy and Dan List.  A Memorial service honoring Julie will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the North Webster American Legion Pavilion at 1:30 PM.  A celebration of life will follow from 2-4.  Eastlund funeral home is handling the services.
