Thurl Fuller, 88, of Leesburg, IN passed away on December 30, 2011 in Quitman, Mississippi.  He was born on January 1, 1923 in Hartford City, IN to John & Betty Fuller.  On August 21, 1941 he married Maxine Ballenger who survives.  Thur had spent the last 13 years between Leesburg & Quitman , MS.  He was a WWII US Army veteran, having received a Purple Heart for wounds sustained in action.  He was a retired truck driver.  He is survived by his wife – Maxine Fuller of Leesburg.  4 sons – Phillip (Marie) Fuller of Quitman, MS,  Richard (Carol) Fuller of Milford, Bob (Mary Sue) Fuller of Wabash & Donald (Karen) Fuller of Syracuse.  2 daughters – Mrs. Robert (Barbara) Kirby of Lexington, SC & Mrs. Ernie (Kathy) Wilber of Syracuse.  24 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren & 4 great-great-grandchildren.  2 sisters – Dolleta Caldwell of Upland, IN & Lena Morgan of Lamar, Arkansas.  Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 5-8 pm at the Eastlund Funeral Home.  There will be a private family service followed by interment at North Webster Cemetery, Mock Addition on Wednesday, January 4, 2012.  Memorial contributions may be made to the VA Medical Center, 2121 Lake Ave. Ft. Wayne, IN  46805-5100
