Abigail Juliana Wells
Abigail Juliana “AJ” Wells, infant daughter of Leighton and Mandi Wells was born on October 28, 2011 passed away on Nov. 1, 2011 at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois due to complications incurred during her birth. She is survived by her father, Leighton Wells of Chicago, Illinois.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster, Ohio on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 2 to 8:00. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00AM at St. Augustine Catholic church in Minster, Ohio on Friday, Nov. 4th. Eastlund Funeral Home in Syracuse, Indiana will hold viewing services on Saturday, Nov. 5th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, Nov.6th at Eastlund Funeral Home at 11:00 followed by burial service at Syracuse cemetery.
