Barbara Markley
Barbara Markley, 88, of Milford, passed away on April 21, 2025 at her home. She was born on May 18, 1935 in Cowan, IN to Lossie & Conza Mae (Persiful) Rinker. She is survived by her son Sam (Laura) Markley of New Paris. Her 2 brothers – John Rinker of Syracuse, and Jerry (Kit) Rinker of Houston, TX. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded by her husband Paul Markley. A graveside service will be held in Syracuse Cemetery on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 2 PM. Eastlund Funeral Home is handling her arrangements.
