Carmen L. Sipes
Carmen L. Sipes, 82, of Syracuse, passed away on August 14, 2024 at her home. She was born on March 7, 1942 in Alexandria, IN to Gustav & Selma (Beckley) Tulowitzky. Carmen retired from GM in Anderson after 10 years. She is survived by her daughter – Denna Miller of Willits, CA. Her son – Lance (Heather) German of Leesburg. 5 grandchildren -Shanna Phillips, Coty Miller, Kennedy Miller, Wyatt German, and Abby German. 1 great grandson- Lucas Phillips. 1 sister – Eleanor Wisehart of Alexandria, IN. She was preceded by her son Wade Miller, 3 brothers – Bob, Jerry, and Bill Howell. Services for Carmen will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 2 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Cox officiating. Calling will be 2 hours prior to the service from noon until 2. Burial will immediately follow at the Milford Cemetery.
