Donna Kline
Donna Kline, 98, of Syracuse, passed away on June 18, 2018 at Millers Merry Manor. She was born on Easter morning, April 4, 1920 in Wilmot, IN to Watson & Gussie Beezley. She was a lifelong area resident. She retired as a bookkeeper for L.S Ayres in Fort Wayne. After retiring, she coordinated Meals on Wheels and served as bookkeeper for Calvary United Methodist Church, as well as a secretary for the Syracuse-Wawasee Ministerial Association. She was a member and past Chaplain of Syracuse American Legion Auxiliary Post 223, and member of Calvary United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son – Jon (Edwina) Sroufe of North Webster. Stepson – Leonard (Joan) Kline of Syracuse. 1 stepdaughter – Vicki (Steve) Berkey of North Webster. 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded by her husband T.L. “Bud” Kline, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers. Visitation will be Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 2-4 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home.
