Ann Skaggs-Percey
Ann Skaggs- Percey, 71, of Albion, passed away on September 23, 2016 at the Northridge Village in Albion. She was born on October 13, 1944 in Arkansas to Walt & Dorothy Tompkins. Ann lived in the Albion are the last 12 years coming from Cromwell. She is survived by her 3 sons – Joe (Valerie) Skaggs of Cromwell, David Skaggs of Wawaka, and Kenny (Rachel) Skaggs of Rome City. 2 daughters – Lori (Jeff) Lash of LaGrange, and Karen Williams of Warsaw. 18 grandchildren, and 30 greatgrandchildren. 1 sister Barbara Tompkins. She was preceded by 2 brothers and her granddaughter. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 6 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home with calling 2 hours prior from 4-6.
