Harriet Rupprecht

Harriet Joan Rupprecht, 85, formerly of North Webster passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Elkhart General Hospital.  She was born on May 22, 1925 in Fort Wayne, IN to Harry & Esther (White) Stabler.  On August 1, 1954 she married Ray Rupprecht who preceded her in 1988.  She resided in Roanoke before moving to North Webster in 1948.  Harriet was a homemaker, part owner of North Webster Septic Tank and also worked for North Webster Products.  She belonged to the Backwater Friends Club.  She attended both the Calvary Lutheran Church in Cromwell, and the North Webster Bible Church.  She was also a member of North Webster American Legion Post 253 Auxiliary.  She is survived by her 4 daughters – Cheryl (Henry) Fordyce of Gainesville, FL, Joni (Brian) Snider of Ft. Myers, FL, Samie Black & Mary Valentine both of North Webster.  2 sons – John Rupprecht of Warsaw, Tim (Candice) Hine of North Webster. 1 stepson – David Rupprecht of Phoenix, AZ.  21 grand & 31 greatgrandchildren.  She was preceded by 1 son – Rodney Hine, 1 son in law – Garry Valentine, 2 grandchildren & 3 brothers.  Calling will be Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 6-8 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home.  Services will be Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home with Pastor Myron Drent from the North Webster Bible Church officiating.  Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Foundation.  Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to: eastlundfuneralhome.com
