Jeff “Beetle” Gose
Jeff “Beetle” Gose, 62, of Syracuse, passed away on October 25, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. He was born on February 9, 1962 to Ralph & Gertrude (Crouch) Gose. On September 12, 2002 he married Janet Carwile who survives. He was employed by Wabash of Goshen, IN for the past 7 years. Before that he was an over the road trucker for many years. He was an avid fisherman and mushroom hunter. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping. He loved his dogs, Sophia and Cooper. He is survived by his wife – Janet Gose of Syracuse. Daughter – Brittani Gose of Elkhart. Son – Casey Gose of Elkhart. Stepson – John (Amber) Oswald of Syracuse. 4 grandchildren. Brother – Dennis Gose of Ft. Wayne. He was preceded by a stepson – Joseph Oswald, sister – Cindy Smart. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 4-7 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Welfare League.
