Joan Willard
Joan Willard, 91, of Pierceton, passed away on November 29, 2022 at Majestic Care of Goshen. She was born on February 7, 1931 in Whitley County to William & Jennie (Freeman) Brandenburg. On February 25, 1949 she married Robert Willard who preceded her in 1967. She was a self employed house cleaner for 28 years before retiring. She enjoyed having garage sales for years. Joan is survived by her 2 daughters – Connie (Robert) Williamson of Homosassa, FL, and Carol Ann (Brent Rose) Carpenter of North Webster. 1 son – Charles Willard of Milford. 6 grandchildren, 5 greatgrand, and 2 great-greatgrandchildren. Along with her husband, she was also preceded by her brother Floyd Brandenburg, and sister Phyllis Bennett. Services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11 AM at the Eastlund Funeral Home with calling 1 hour prior. Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the North Webster Fire Department.
