Joseph Lee Coon, 31, passed away on March 19, 2017 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. He was born on May 31, 1985 in Warsaw, Indiana. He was a lifelong area resident. He was employed as a welder at Forest River Marine in Middlebury, IN. He was a member of the Vineyard Community Church in Syracuse. Joe is survived by his daughters – Khamya, and Realynn. His son – Braxton. Parents – Daniel (Jeanette) Coon of Warsaw and Teresa (Brian) Rich of Cromwell. 4 sisters – Danielle (Nick) Stickel of Goshen, Ashley Rich of Cromwell, Breonah Rich of Cromwell, & Amanda Brewer of Tennessee. 3 step brothers – Phillip Oest, & Tim and Cory Boarders. Grandparents – Floyd (Judy) Coon, Lee (Sharon) Polston, Lawrence (Helen) Rich, and Tanya Heath. Greatgrandmother – Lucielle Coon. 3 nieces, 2 nephews, many aunts , uncles and cousins. He was preceded by his stepbrother Andrew Boarders, and his grandmother Sharon Coon. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from noon until 2 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 PM with Pastor Kent Butcher from the Vineyard Community Church officiating.
