Kathryn Bartley
Kathryn Bartley, 87, of Syracuse, passed away on September 24, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. She was born on October 25, 1937 in North Webster to Roy & Estella (Correll) Miller. On February 19, 1994 she married James Bartley who survives. Kathryn retired in 1999 from Key Bank in Goshen. She was also employed by the Syracuse BMV for 4 years. She attended the Syracuse Baptist Church, and was formerly an active member of the Salem Community Church in Wilmot for 57 years. Along with her husband James Bartley, she is survived by her daughter – Susan Spry. 5 step daughters – Karen Flanhardt, Teresa Stevens, Kimberly (Rick) Powell, Tami Dale, & Toni Bartley. 16 grandchildren – Stephanie (Tyler) Bilbee, Cari Jade Kauffman, Raymond Stevens, Fletcher (Monica) Stevens, Kristi (Brandon) Doucette, Heather (Sean) Baughman, Tommy McGuffey, Marc McGuffey, Ashlee (Charles) Jones, Rachel (Blake) Boyer, Derek Dale, Taylor Dale, Eric Davis, Brittany Davis, Anthony Bartley, and Danny Stallworth. 30 greatgrandchildren, and 4 great-greatgrandchildren. She was peceded by 4 sisters – Ellie Stump, Helen Wagoner, Jane Campbell, and Mildred Cotton. 1 brother – Joseph Miller. Services will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 2 PM at Eastlund Funeral Home. Calling will be 2 hours prior to the service from noon until 2. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery in Wilmot.
